Our Founding
Born From a Century ofIndenting Legacy
M/s. Shoaib Amin and M/s. SASA & SASA were added under the umbrella of “House of Amin” in 1997, but our roots stretch back to 1921 — the year O.H. Mohammad & Company was established by Mr. Ibrahim Haji Noor Mohammad Dhedhi and his cousin Mr.Osman Adam Dhedhi. For over a century, the Dhedhi family has been synonymous with trusted principal representation in Pakistan.
The company evolved through generations — from Haji Osman Adam Dhedhi and Ibrahim Noor Mohammad Dhedhi, who built the original foundations, to Haji Amin Ibrahim Dhedhi, who expanded into polymers and petrochemicals and established relationships with international principals including what would become OQ (Oman Oil).
Today, under the leadership of Mr. Sohail Amin (CEO) and Mr. Shoaib Amin (COO), HOA stands as Pakistan's premier polymer and petrochemical indenter — the authorized representative of OQ in Pakistan for over 20 years, supplying Luban-brand LLDPE, HDPE, and PP to the country's top manufacturers.
Our head office is in Hill Park, Karachi, with a regional presence in Lahore. We serve companies across Pakistan — Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, and Peshawar.
O.H. Mohammad & Company established
Mr. Amin Dhedhi expanded the business and established a trading concern by the name of “Amin Agencies” with interest in “Imports and distribution” of Polymers and Chemicals
M/s. Shoaib Amin and M/s. SASA & SASA were added under the umbrella of "House of Amin"
M/s. SASA & SASA was appointed by Petronas MITCO LABUAN in Pakistan until Jan 2010, when Sasa & Sasa resigned from the agency.
M/s. Shoaib Amin was appointed by Oman Polypropylene LLC (Part of OQ), as their agents/representatives in Pakistan.
HOA is Pakistan's premier polymer and petrochemical indenter, with a century-long family legacy and 20+ years as OQ's authorized representative in Pakistan.

Mr. Shoaib Amin
Chief Operating Officer
Shoaib oversees HOA's day-to-day operations and client relationships. His operational expertise ensures seamless coordination between international principals and Pakistan's manufacturers including pricing and contract negotiations with unmatched reliability.
Mr. Naveed Hashim
Commercial Manager & Logistics
Naveed manages all commercial activities, market data, and end-to-end logistics operations for HOA. From invoice processing and letter of credit management to shipment coordination and on-time delivery, he is the primary point of contact for new enquiries and ongoing supply arrangements.
